Autumn Fair, The Chief Faith Officer®, is a distinguished Business and Education Consultant, Personal Development Strategist, and Certified Christian Life Coach. With an MBA in Finance from Lincoln University and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management, Autumn brings over two decades of unparalleled expertise in managing performance and business operations to the table.

A Little Bit of History
Women make up 57.4 percent of the U.S. labor force. We become so consumed with caring for others that often times we sacrifice ourselves, lose our identity and put our dreams on hold, all for the good of others. As a young, married mother, finding a healthy work-life balance proved challenging. In the day-to-day tasks of managing work, family, and community, I did just that, and allowed my dreams, goals, and aspirations to pay the price, in the name of love.
It took some time, but I was able to find a rhythm, and create balance, reclaim my time, rediscovery my identity, and finish building my dream life.
God has called me to assist and support others in recognizing that they can have it all, without the need to sacrifice their personal dreams and life goals. As an expert in business management, maximizing personal performance, and small business start-up, I strive to use the anointing God placed on me to serve and help women. With each partnership, I work to build confidence, motivate, and encourage individuals to recognize the power and greatness within, and to provide people with a strategy to reclaim their time, reach their dreams, and gain freedom.

We are proud to introduce Atoni Lynn, our Chief Experience Officer and a distinguished graduate summa cum laude in Political Science from Delaware State University. A passionate advocate for the betterment of minority communities, Atoni Lynn brings a wealth of expertise in people, organizational leadership, and fostering meaningful connections.

Atoni Lynn's academic journey reflects her commitment to excellence. Graduating summa cum laude in Political Science, she honed her skills in critical thinking, communication, and advocacy at Delaware State University. Atoni Lynn's dedication extends beyond academics. She is deeply committed to restoring and rebuilding families affected by mass incarceration, particularly those from minority communities. Her passion for justice and equality drives her advocacy for prison reform and initiatives focused on uplifting marginalized families.

As a strong advocate for the Black community, Atoni Lynn is deeply involved in initiatives to increase access and education. Her areas of focus include: Legislative Power, Voting Rights, and, Youth Empowerment. Atoni Lynn is passionate about increasing awareness and participation in elections within the Black community. She is actively involved in preserving and protecting voter rights, ensuring equitable representation. She advocates for understanding and leveraging legislative power to effect positive change. Atoni Lynn is dedicated to educating youth about the transformative power of their vote and college and career readiness, empowering the leaders of tomorrow.
